In addition, it supports the baccurate valuation of assets /b, making a tangible contribution to risk management and strategic decision-making. /ph3We will count on you to: /h3ulliUnderstanding client needs, initiating data collection and preliminary analysis, and preparing an appropriate commercial proposal. /liliCollecting, validating, and structuring large data sets for real estate and asset valuation. /liliConducting site inspections of assets to be valued, gathering the necessary evidence and information /liliEstimating the value of buildings, plants, machinery, and equipment for insurance purposes (replacement cost, new replacement value, current value) and for tax purposes (market value, fair value, etc.). /liliPreparing accurate, verifiable, and unbiased valuation reports in line with industry standards and professional best practices. /liliPreparing and presenting structured, clear, and usable valuation reports for insurance, accounting, and legal purposes. /liliManaging and developing client relationships, providing specialized technical support for their risk management strategies. /liliWorking independently and as part of project teams, meeting project deliverables, milestones, and deadlines. /liliEnsuring quality, governance, and consistency of valuation data, in compliance with internal policies and applicable regulations.
