/li /ulpbrstrongYour Responsibilities /strong /pulliYou will develop the sales strategy for ADLER Dolomiti and ADLER Balance together with the management team and the central marketing department. /liliYou will define offers for the commercialization of the resorts and establish booking policies in collaboration with the management and the Front Office Manager. /liliYou will manage and maintain availability, pricing, and content across the various booking systems (own websites, OTAs, portals, ADLER Moments App) and update the resort websites. /liliYou will oversee and coordinate all correspondence related to Sales Marketing, as well as sales channels, systems, and their interfaces. /liliYou will negotiate contracts and maintain relationships with various B2B market partners (tour operators, travel agencies, travel designers, portals, consortia, and collections). /liliYou will regularly analyze the main sales KPIs and identify optimization measures. /liliYou will coordinate communication with PR agencies together with the central marketing department, including the creation of press releases and the organization and management of press stays.



/liliYou will support and assist journalists and influencers during their stay at the resort. /liliYou will participate in trade fairs and specialized events in collaboration with the central marketing department as a representative of the ADLER Spa Resorts Retreats group. /liliYou will work proactively, continuously developing new ideas, innovative strategies, and partnerships to promote the resort. /liliYou will be responsible for in-house marketing and coordinate printed materials together with the central marketing team and internal departments (Spa, FB, Reception, Concierge). /liliYou will coordinate the organization of internal events within the resorts together with the management and oversee their promotion. /li /ulpbrstrongYour Talents /strong /pulliYou are an open-minded, friendly, and extroverted person who enjoys building new relationships and proactively approaching people. /liliYou have a strong instinct for sales within the hospitality industry. /liliYou already have experience as a Sales Marketing Manager in similar establishments or extensive operational hotel experience in Front Office, Sales, and/or Marketing. /liliYou have a good command of Italian and English.
