The Solutions division designs and delivers logistics solutions, including a wide range of value added services. /p pOur main services are: /p pFor our local branch in bSettala (Milan) /b, we are currently looking for a bSustainability Specialist /b. /p h3Key Responsibilities /h3 ul liAnalyze data related to carbon emissions, energy consumption, and environmental KPIs. /li liIdentify trends, anomalies, and recurring patterns. /li liDevelop predictive and analytical models. /li liCreate interactive dashboards and reports using Excel and Power BI. /li liTranslate data insights into actionable recommendations to support sustainability initiatives. /li liBuild and maintain a historical database for continuous monitoring and reporting. /li liCollaborate in the preparation of presentations and materials for various stakeholders and, more generally, support the day-to-day activities of the department. /li /ul h3Requirements /h3 ul liBachelor's or Master's degree (completed or currently pursuing) in Engineering (Management Engineering, Environmental Engineering), Economics, Statistics, Data Science, or related fields. /li liFluent English, both written and spoken. /li liFamiliarity with key environmental KPIs (considered a plus). /li /ul h3Technical Skills /h3 ul liGood knowledge of data management, processing, and analysis. /li liGood knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and PowerPoint. /li liGood knowledge of Power BI. /li liGood understanding of Business Intelligence and Business Analytics tools. /li liAdvanced data analysis techniques (e.g., regression analysis, scenario analysis, statistical functions). /li liKnowledge of project management methodologies (considered a plus).
