ppI am recruiting for an Analog Mixed-Signal IC Design Lead on behalf of my client, an innovative semiconductor company developing advanced mixed-signal IC solutions for next-generation smart devices.
This role is based in Milan, Italy, with a hybrid working model.
/p pMy client is looking for an experienced Analog Mixed-Signal IC Design Lead to take ownership of silicon development and deliver complex mixed-signal IC products from concept through to production.
/p pThis is a hands on technical leadership role, combining strong analog design expertise with responsibility for guiding silicon execution and supporting future technology development.
/p h3Responsibilities: /h3 ul liLead analog and mixed-signal IC design from architecture through to tape out.
/li liOwn silicon development programmes, including verification, sign-off, bring-up and characterisation.
/li liPerform schematic design, simulation, layout reviews and design optimisation.
/li liWork with internal teams, foundries, EDA partners and external suppliers.




/li liSupport decisions around performance, reliability, manufacturability and production readiness.
/li liProvide technical guidance while remaining hands on with design activities.
/li /ul h3Requirements: /h3 ul liStrong background in analog and mixed-signal IC design.
/li liExperience leading silicon projects through multiple tape outs.
/li liHands on experience across the full IC design flow, including schematic, simulation, verification, layout review and silicon validation.
/li liExperience with sensor interfaces, precision analog circuits or noise-sensitive designs.
/li liExperience working in a fabless semiconductor environment.
