/li liGuide, develop, and grow a high?performing team of SMB Account Executives and Sales Managers.
/li liDefine and monitor KPIs for performance, productivity, and revenue growth.
/li liWork cross?functionally with Marketing, Product, and Operations to optimize lead generation, conversion, and customer onboarding.
/li liBuild scalable sales processes and playbooks adapted to a high?volume environment.
/li liEvaluate data and trends to iterate on the go?to?market approach and improve results continuously.
/li liAct as a key stakeholder in pricing, packaging, and incentive models for the SMB segment.




/li /ul h3What You Will Bring /h3 ul liProven experience guiding sales teams in fast?paced B2B environments, ideally in payments, SaaS, or tech companies targeting SMEs.
/li liTrack record in scaling teams, designing GTM strategies and delivering consistent revenue growth.

/li liAnalytical, operational mindset with the ability to balance strategy and execution.
/li liFluent in Italian and English.
/li /ul h3Compensation and Benefits /h3 pThe minimum initial gross annual salary (RAL, distributed over 14 monthly instalments) for this advertised position is €88,100.
