Offer Description
The research activity will consist in the design and development of dual inhibitors of
the ADAM17 and K-RasG12C proteins as potential anti-tumour agents, by using
structure-based in silico methods.
An evaluation of the structure-activity
relationships on the targets of interest will also be carried xysqume out of the developed
