Role Description
Prometeon Tyre Group is looking for anImport / Export Internto join theSupply Chain team at Group Headquarters in Milan.
The role offers hands-on exposure tocustoms operations, international trade compliance and import/export processes, supporting daily activities related to inbound and outbound flows in adynamic and international environment.
Key Responsibilities
Check and validatecustoms documentationin compliance with import/export regulations
Prepareinstructions for customs brokersand support clearance activities
Ensurecustoms rules,



Incoterms and trade termsare correctly applied and timelines respected
Follow up withinternal stakeholders and external providers
Support the team in interactions withCustoms Authorities
Managearchiving and record keepingof customs-related documentation
Provide operational support to theImport–Export & Trade Compliance team
Requirements
Master's Degree inSupply Chain, Logistics, Management Engineering, Economics, Law or similar
Highly motivated, proactive andteam-oriented mindset
Stronganalytical skillsand attention to detail
Fluent inItalian and English(written and spoken)
Solid knowledge ofMS Office, especiallyExcel
Knowledge ofIncoterms and/or EUDRis considered a plus
