Citizen required /liliValid driver's license required /liliAssociate's degree in Business, Management, Finance, or a related field /liliMinimum of five (5) years of relevant administrative, program management, or project management experience /liliProficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Project) and Adobe Acrobat Professional /liliExperience using data analysis and reporting tools, including Microsoft Power BI /liliStrong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills /liliExperience managing project lifecycles and coordinating multiple priorities simultaneously /liliKnowledge of business operations, resource allocation, workforce planning, and strategic planning principles /liliExcellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to work effectively across multidisciplinary teams /li /ulh3Position Overview /h3pFutron is seeking a bFunctional Administrative Management Support Analyst /b to support NAVFAC EURAFCENT's Planning, Design, and Construction (PDC) Directorate.
This position provides program management, administrative, and operational support for complex military construction and facilities programs.
The successful candidate will assist with project execution, workload management, resource planning, financial tracking, reporting, and coordination between project teams and government stakeholders to ensure efficient and successful program delivery.




/ph3Key Responsibilities /h3ulliProvide administrative and program management support for Planning, Design, and Construction (PDC) programs and projects.
/liliAnalyze program execution data, resource requirements, and workload distribution to support project planning and decision-making.
/liliAssist with planning, design execution, acquisition programs, and funds management from project initiation through completion.
/liliCoordinate with project managers, planners, engineers, designers, contracting personnel, and Public Works Departments to support successful project execution.
/liliSupport development of acquisition strategies, project execution plans, and Plans of Action and Milestones (POAMs).
/liliMonitor incoming workload, manage project intake processes, and coordinate workload assignments across project teams.
/liliAssist with resource planning, staffing recommendations, and workload balancing to meet project schedules and budget requirements.
/liliPrepare reports, presentations, dashboards, workflow analyses, and operational performance metrics using Microsoft Office and Power BI.
/liliMaintain accurate project documentation, administrative records, and correspondence for assigned programs and projects.
/liliSupport financial tracking, budget monitoring, and administrative management of planning, design, construction, environmental, and facilities programs.
/liliOrganize meetings, conferences, training sessions, and project workgroups while preparing agendas, meeting minutes,



and follow-up actions.
/liliAssist project teams with document preparation, data collection, report generation, and coordination of project deliverables.
/liliTrack project actions, monitor deadlines, and conduct follow-up activities to ensure timely completion of assignments.
/liliSupport travel coordination, administrative operations, and general office functions for the Planning, Design, and Construction Directorate.
/liliPromote efficient business processes while providing exceptional customer service to internal and external stakeholders.
/li /ulh3Preferred Qualifications /h3ulliExperience supporting NAVFAC, U.S. Navy, Marine Corps, or other Department of Defense organizations.
/liliExperience supporting Military Construction (MILCON), Sustainment, Restoration, and Modernization (SRM), or federal facilities programs.
/liliExperience using Power BI or similar business intelligence and reporting platforms.
/liliKnowledge of federal acquisition processes, project management principles, and government program administration.
/liliExperience supporting executive leadership and multidisciplinary project teams.
