ppIn this role you support ST’s Corporate Audit Risk by helping define and deploy the ERM roadmap and framework. You collaborate with executives, ERM Champions, and global stakeholders to strengthen risk governance in a fast-paced, global context. You will tackle strategic risks, sustainability-related risk management, and disclosures, delivering high-impact processes and reporting. This role offers exposure to transformation programmes, ESG governance, and cross-functional risk management in a leading, sustainable tech company. /pulliSupport the Corporate Risk activities to shape the ERM roadmap and framework /liliIdentify improvement opportunities to increase ERM strategic relevance /liliAssist in company-wide ERM processes and risk response planning /liliPerform risk assessments on transformation and strategic programmes /liliDraft position papers on emerging risk areas /liliContribute to ESG risk management and CSRD/ESRS documentation for audits /liliMaintain and enhance the ST France Duty of Care risk assessment and Vigilance Plan /liliOrganise ERM community calls and the annual ERM champions conference /liliDraft risk disclosures (e.g. Form 20-F, integrated report) /liliPropose a roadmap to digitalise ERM processes and maintain risk information systems /liliLiaise with ERM champions to drive organisation-level risk maps (20 organisations) /liliSupport users of the risk information system and ensure data quality /liliMinimum 7 years of professional experience in risk management or a related role /liliExperience in an international, diverse environment /liliIndustry experience is a plus; various roles experience is a plus /liliFluent English; French and/or Italian an advantage /liliWillingness to travel globally /liliBachelor or Master in a relevant field; postgraduate risk management degree is a plus /li /ulpIn this role you support ST’s Corporate Audit Risk by helping define and deploy the ERM roadmap and framework.
