The selected candidate will work in a structured and fast‐evolving environment, focusing on the analysis, standardization, and optimization of work methods and processing times. p Key Responsibilities /pulli Analysis of production cycles and evaluation of work methods and processing times. /lili Definition and updating of cycle times and productivity standards. /lili Design and optimization of production layouts and operational flows. /lili Identification and implementation of improvement opportunities in terms of efficiency, quality, ergonomics, and safety. /lili Support in the industrialization of new products and processes. /lili Monitoring key production KPIs and preparing periodic reports. /lili Participation in and coordination of Lean initiatives and continuous improvement projects. /lili Training personnel on work methods, operational standards, and procedures. /lili Management and updating of technical documentation (cycles, bills of materials, work instructions). /lili Support in analyzing variances related to time and cost deviations. /li /ulp Requirements /pp Education and Technical Skills /pulli Degree in Management Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related fields.
