Managing a team of two HR professionals, the successful candidate will act as the key HR reference for the plant, combining strategic vision with a strong operational mindset. /p h3Main Activities /h3 ul liLead and oversee all HR activities across the employee lifecycle, ensuring compliance with Group policies and local regulations. /li liAct as a strategic business partner to the Plant Manager and the Leadership Team, supporting organizational development and business performance. /li liLead, coach and develop the local HR team. /li liDrive workforce planning, talent acquisition, onboarding, performance management, succession planning and employee development initiatives. /li liPromote employee engagement and support change management projects. /li liManage compensation and benefits processes in alignment with corporate guidelines. /li liPrepare and monitor HR budgets, forecasts and cost controlling activities, providing regular reporting and KPI analysis. /li liManage industrial relations, maintaining constructive relationships with trade unions and employee representatives. /li liSupport organizational design and continuous improvement initiatives within the manufacturing environment. /li liEnsure HR processes are efficient,
