ppThe Cloud Infrastructure and Identity Engineer will take responsibility for the proactive and reactive management and maintenance of all cloud and identity infrastructures across the organization. /p pProviding subject matter expertise and support, this role will drive migration and consolidation projects including cloud resources, messaging and identity platforms and will also contribute to the development and implementation of solution architectures. /p h3Key Responsibilities /h3 ul liImplementing infrastructure changes and maintenance routines; identifying and supporting resolution of operational problems in line with agreed standards /li liContributing to the development of solution architectures in specific business, infrastructure or functional areas /li liProducing specifications of cloud-based or on-premises components, tiers and interfaces for translation into detailed designs using selected services /li liSupporting change programs or projects by preparing technical plans and applying design principles in compliance with enterprise and solution architecture standards (including security) /li liDeveloping implementation plans for complex change requests; assessing potential risks to the integrity of the service environment and reviewing the effectiveness of implementation /li liRecommending improvements to organizational procedures governing change management, and leading the assessment, analysis, development, documentation and implementation of changes /li liInvestigating minor security breaches according to established procedures and assisting users in defining their access rights and privileges,



as well as performing and resolving non-standard security administration issues /li liUtilizing sustained knowledge in at least one identifiable specialism to provide detailed and specific advice the organization, collaborating with other specialists as appropriate /li liReviewing capacity, performance, availability and other operational metrics, building reports and proposals for improvement and supporting the planning and implementation of installations and scheduled system maintenance /li liPreparing and maintaining operational procedures and providing technical expertise and appropriate information to management. /li /ul h3Skills and Experience needed /h3 ul liMinimum 5 years' experience in a full-time senior system engineer role /li liExcellent understanding of Cloud Technologies such as Azure, AWS, GCP, OCI /li liHigh proficiency in Entra ID and Microsoft 365 services /li liStrong understanding of Active Directory Domain Services /li liAvailability and willingness to travel /li liFluency in both verbal and written English. /li /ul h3Nive to have:
