The HR team is lean, agile, and offers exceptional visibility to leadership, making this far more than a routine administrative role. /p h3Key Responsibilities /h3 pReporting directly to the Payroll Manager, you will support the full employee lifecycle and HR operations across Italy: /p ul libPayroll Administration: /b Support the end-to-end monthly payroll process and liaise directly with external payroll providers. /li libEmployee Lifecycle Management: /b Draft employment contracts, prepare HR documentation, and lead seamless onboarding and offboarding procedures. /li libData Systems: /b Manage employee records within HRIS platforms and assist with HR reporting and data accuracy. /li libProcess Building:



/b Contribute to the continuous improvement and scaling of internal HR processes as the company expands. /li libCompliance: /b Ensure full alignment with Italian labour regulations and internal company policies. /li /ul h3What We Are Looking For /h3 ul libExperience: /b 2-3 years in HR Administration, HR Operations, or Payroll. /li libIndustry Focus: /b Background in Retail, Hospitality, Food Beverage, or multi-site/multi-unit operations is highly preferred. /li libTechnical Skills: /b Advanced Excel proficiency and hands-on experience with HRIS and payroll software. /li libLanguages: /b Professional fluency in bEnglish /b is essential.
