ph3To strengthen our Marketing department we are looking for a dynamic, organized and creative person, /h3h3with a passion for organizing events and great attention to detail /h3h3Your professional profile: /h3ulliAccuracy and attention to detail, excellent organizational skills and proactive nature. /liliPrevious training or experience in marketing, communications or event management. /liliGood knowledge of Italian, German and English to ensure effective communication with clients and partners. /liliPrevious experience in coordinating vendors and managing multiple projects simultaneously from planning to logistics /liliGood familiarity with digital tools and communication platforms to better coordinate work and keep everyone involved updated. /li /ulh3Your duties: /h3ulliOrganizing and managing in-house events (weekly and special occasions) dedicated to our guests, ensuring unique experiences with attention to detail and meeting company standards. /liliResearch, selection and management of musicians, entertainers and external collaborations to enrich initiatives. /liliManagement of gadgets, signage and all materials related to event protocol. /liliDesigning and sending personalized invitations and communications, maintaining a professional relationship with guests.
