You help create a high‑performing, consumer‑focused environment by leading the team on the shop floor, ensuring operational excellence, and delivering a premium adidas experience. /p pYou act as a role model, motivating and developing your team while contributing to a culture of collaboration, inclusion, and continuous improvement. /p h3Key Responsibilities /h3 ul liSupport the Store Manager in overseeing daily store operations, including sales, customer service, replenishment, inventory, and compliance /li liLead by example on the sales floor, ensuring a premium consumer experience and strong service culture /li liMotivate, coach, and develop team members to achieve store targets and grow their capabilities /li liDrive execution of store processes and standards to ensure smooth and efficient operations /liliSupport recruitment, onboarding, and training of new hires /li liMonitor and analyze store KPIs,
