Acting as the planning authority, you will lead schedule development, governance, and control across all project phases while supporting strategic decision-making through schedule analysis and forecasting. Working closely with project leadership, engineering, procurement, construction, and external stakeholders, you will play a key role in ensuring successful project delivery. /p h3Explore Your Tasks And Responsibilities /h3 ul liDevelop, maintain, and manage integrated resource-loaded master schedules using Primavera P6 /li liLead schedule governance and ensure compliance with planning standards and procedures /li liCoordinate scheduling activities across engineering, procurement, construction, and subcontractor teams /li liConduct critical path analysis, what‑if scenarios, and schedule risk assessments /li liProvide schedule reporting, progress analysis, forecasts, and mitigation plans to project and senior management /li liSupport claims management, change management, and schedule impact assessments /li liContribute to bid and tender schedules as well as project execution strategies /li liMentor and guide planners within project teams /li liDrive continuous improvement of planning tools, templates,



and best practices /li liRepresent the Planning Scheduling function in client and stakeholder meetings /li /ul h3Show Your Expertise /h3 ul liDegree in Engineering or a comparable qualification combined with relevant professional experience /li liMinimum 10 years of planning and scheduling experience in large-scale capital projects /li liExperience within hyperscale Data Center, DTC, or high-tech industrial projects is strongly preferred /li liAdvanced expertise in Primavera P6 and scheduling methodologies /li liStrong knowledge of planning, scheduling, critical path analysis, and forensic schedule analysis /li liUnderstanding of construction sequencing, project execution, and commissioning strategies /li liExcellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills /li liStrong leadership and stakeholder management capabilities /li liVery good written and spoken English and Italian is required /li liWillingness to travel and support project activities on-site when required /li /ul pThe salary range for this position is between € 52'500 and € 61'600 gross per year (full-time).
