You will lead supplier qualifications, audits, quality improvement initiatives, and supplier development activities, while supporting New Product Development projects and collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive supplier performance and product quality. /ph3Principal Responsibilities: /h3ulliQualify, assess, and develop suppliers to meet company quality standards. /liliConduct supplier audits, including system and process audits. /liliLead root cause analysis related to supplier quality issues and non-conformances. /liliManage high impact suppliers' quality issues by coordinating containment actions to minimize impact on production and customers. /liliIdentify high-risk suppliers and establish improvement plans. /liliLead sampling activities and validation (PPAP) on different types of projects. /liliParticipate in design reviews and New Product Development (NPD) activities to preventively identify manufacturing risks, process limitations, and supplier capability gaps before supplier award and/or product launch. /liliMaintain successful relationships with supply, engineering, manufacturing, and other departments. /li /ulh3Qualifications: /h3pA bachelor's degree in engineering (Mechanical, Materials engineering) is preferred.
