The Role

We are seeking an experienced Investment Analyst to join our Italian team, based in Milan.

This role will focus on sourcing, analysing, and executing logistics real estate investment and development opportunities across Italy.

Key Responsibilities

Source, evaluate, and support execution of logistics real estate acquisitions and developments

Perform detailed financial analysis, underwriting, and cash flow modelling

Conduct market research, comparable analysis, and site-level due diligence

Build and maintain relationships with brokers, advisors, and off-market sources

Support negotiations and prepare internal investment documentation

Coordinate due diligence processes with internal teams and external advisors

Contribute to investment committee materials and approval processes

Assist with portfolio monitoring, asset strategy, and valuation exercises

Key Criteria





Extensive real estate investment experience in Italy (7+ years)Strong analytical capabilitywith the ability to independently assess investment opportunities

Established network within the Italian real estate market(agents, brokers, investors)Highly target-driven and commercially motivated, with strong personal drive and ambition

Collaborative mindset and team-oriented approach

Requirements

Proven track record in logistics/industrial real estate investment within Italy

Advanced financial modelling and analytical skills

Strong relationship management and business development capabilities

Fluent Italian (native or bilingual) and professional English
