Within the Investment & Asset Management Compliance Competence Center, we are looking for an
Asset Management Compliance Specialist
who will support the team in monitoring regulatory developments and providing compliance advisory services related to asset management and banking activities across the Generali Group.
Key responsibilities of the role will include:
Supporting the analysis and monitoring of external regulations relevant to investment insurance, asset management and banking activities
Contributing to the assessment of regulatory changes and their impacts on business processes, internal regulations and control frameworks
Supporting the preparation of compliance opinions and advisory analyses on investment-related initiatives, transactions and projects
Assisting in the review and update of Group policies, guidelines and procedures
Contributing to the development and oversight of the Group Compliance Control Framework
Assisting in the preparation of reports, presentations and materials for governance bodies, committees and senior management
Contributing to compliance training initiatives and knowledge-sharing activities within the Group
Requirements
Degree in Law, Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field
Strong interest in financial markets, asset management, banking regulation, and insurance regulation, supported by a solid academic background
5-7 years of experience in Compliance, Legal, Internal Controls, or Regulatory Affairs within insurance companies, asset management firms, banks, investment firms, or regulatory authorities
Strong knowledge of the European and Italian regulatory framework governing investment services, banking, and asset management activities, including UCITS, AIFMD, MiFID II, EMIR, and SFDR
Excellent command of English, both written and spoken, is essential
Soft Skills:
Strong learning agility and willingness to develop regulatory expertise
Ability to work collaboratively across different functions and international stakeholders
Team player, cooperative mindset and solution-oriented approach
Effective communication and interpersonal skills
Proactive attitude and accountability in managing assigned activities
What we offer
We offer employment at the
V level
with the relevant salary, in accordance with the CCNL ANIA for non-executive employees and the Generali Group Company Agreement.
Gross annual salary ranging between
39K€
and
49K€.
The final offer will be aligned with the candidate's professional experience, technical and soft skills relevant to the role, and may include an individual variable component.
