ppLCF is an Italian investment platform and Independent Power Producer specialising in the acquisition, optimisation and long‑term management of renewable energy assets, with a primary focus on solar PV portfolios. /p pWe invest across the full asset lifecycle — from development to construction and operational portfolios — creating value through consolidation, refinancing, operational optimisation, revamping and repowering. /p pOperating as a fully‑fledged IPP, LCF relies on in‑house capabilities across Technical (engineering, design, optimisation, revamping repowering of brownfield assets and greenfield development), MA (deal execution, value optimisation across all revenue streams) and Finance (direct and optimised financial, accounting and reporting control of all project companies) departments. /p pLCF's Technical Team leverages extensive in‑house engineering, technical due diligence, and asset management expertise to oversee the entire asset lifecycle. The team is responsible for technical due diligence, the revamping and repowering of existing assets, greenfield project development, construction management, and the ongoing operation, optimisation, and performance enhancement of renewable energy portfolios. /p h3ROLE OVERVIEW /h3 pAs our business continues to grow, we're looking for an Asset Manager to join our Technical Team. /p pThe Asset Manager is responsible for optimising the technical and commercial performance of a portfolio of PV plants across the entire value chain, from energy production to electricity sales in the market. /p pWe offer a flexible hybrid working model, combining in‑office and remote work. Success in this role will be assessed based on the results you deliver and on your ability to contribute to the wider team, sharing knowledge, supporting colleagues, and helping maintain and improve a collaborative culture. /p pThis opportunity is aimed at medium to senior professionals with proven experience of at least three years in renewable energy asset management and a strong track record in the photovoltaic sector. /p h3KEY RESPONSIBILITIES /h3 pThe Asset Manager will be in charge of all the activities aimed at optimising the performance of assets within his/her portfolio. /p ul liResponsibility for the correct technical and commercial operation of the assets. /li liManagement of preventive and predictive maintenance, proactively identifying and implementing measures to prevent failures and optimise the assets’ performance.



/li liManagement of corrective maintenance activities and incidents affecting the availability of the assets. /li liManagement of claims involving insurance companies, contractors, suppliers or manufacturers. /li liManagement of all operating contracts with insurance companies, OM contractors, PPA counterparties, security service providers. /li liMonitoring and analysis of performance in cooperation with the team’s Data and Performance Analyst. /li liBudget and cost management, continuously identifying and implementing cost optimisation opportunities while supporting LCF teams and management in the budgeting process. /li liEHS management: establishing and monitoring EHS KPIs and implementing improvements to reduce on‑site EHS risks. /li liReview of OM reports, including monthly operational reviews for shareholders and weekly meetings with OM contractors for fault log management. /li /ul h3ADDITIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES /h3 ul liAfter the acquisition of new portfolios, perform all onboarding activities in cooperation with the Investment Team, ensuring the smooth transition of the assets into new OM, security service and insurance contracts. /li liPlan and execute improvement activities for newly acquired assets, managing all phases of the implementation with support from the team’s Project Manager for the most impactful interventions. /li liSupport Investment Team through acquisition process by providing technical inputs and performing technical reviews. /li liSupport the management and the Investment and Development Teams in the technical and economic assessment of new initiatives. /li /ul h3CANDIDATE PROFILE /h3 h3Experience (Must-Have) /h3 ul liStrong knowledge of renewable energy technologies, with a particular focus on photovoltaic (PV) systems. /li liDeep understanding of asset and portfolio management within the renewable energy sector, preferably in photovoltaics. /li liExperience with PV plant operation and maintenance activities. /li liStrong analytical capabilities in PV plant performance monitoring, data analysis, and energy yield modelling. /li liGood understanding of the Italian electricity market and the main contractual frameworks for electricity sales. /li liTechnical competence in the operation and maintenance of electrical plants, with a particular focus on medium‑voltage (MV) systems.



/li liUnderstanding of renewable asset KPIs, budgeting, forecasting, and performance optimisation. /li liExperience managing relationships with OM contractors, grid operators, off‑takers, and other key stakeholders. /li liProficiency in Smartsheet, Power BI, Microsoft Excel, MS Project, and PVSyst; knowledge of AutoCAD and PVCase is considered an advantage. /li liFluency in Italian and English, both written and spoken. /li liMaster's degree in Engineering, preferably with a specialisation in Energy, Electrical, or related disciplines.
