Position Job Title: MDO Process Specialist
Location: Venturina Line Manager’s Job Title: Plant General Manager Contract Type: Permanent
Job Purpose Principal Accountabilities Lead the start-up and industrialization of our brand-new MDO production line for CPP-films
Work closely with production, QC and R&D; to industrialize new products
Ensure process stability, output, quality and efficiency
Act as a problem solver, implementing best practices
Provide technical leadership and knowledge transfer to team leaders and operators on the shopfloor
Qualifications/Requirements
Master’s degree in Engineering (Chemistry or related technical field) or equal by experience5+ years of proven experience on MDO lines or BOPP lines, ideally gained at film industry
Strong operational mindset: passionate about working hands-on with the machines
Solid knowledge of polypropylene polymers and PP- film processes (extrusion, stretching, film properties)Experience in process troubleshooting and upscaling
Fluent in Italian and English (written and spoken)Strong team player and communicator, able to connect with R&D; and production#LI-MK1
