Reporting to the Assistant Director of Finance,



you will play a key role in ensuring the integrity of financial operations, supporting business performance, and maintaining compliance with local and international accounting standards. /ph3What you will do /h3ulliSupport the Assistant Finance Director in the day-to-day management of financial and accounting operations. /liliOversee General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), and Accounts Receivable (AR) processes. /liliEnsure accurate and timely monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closings. /liliEnsure compliance with local tax regulations and international accounting standards (USALI). /liliMonitor and analyse key financial KPIs, including RevPAR, GOP, EBITDA, and cost control indicators. /liliSupport the preparation of the annual budget and periodic forecasts. /liliAnalyse variances between budgeted and actual results and propose corrective actions. /liliCollaborate with Department Heads to monitor and control operating costs. /liliSupervise the financial aspects of contracts and coordinate with the Legal Department on contractual matters, compliance, and risk assessment. /liliManage internal and external audits,



ensuring full compliance with company policies and regulations. /liliOversee cash management and treasury cash flows. /liliEnsure the implementation of internal control procedures and fraud prevention measures. /liliTrain, coordinate, and support members of the Finance team. /li /ulh3What you bring /h3ulliDegree in Economics, Finance, Accounting, or a related discipline. /lili3–5 years of experience in a similar accounting or finance leadership role, ideally within hospitality.
