Descrizione
For an international R&D-driven; pharmaceutical company headquartered in Milan we are looking for a Procurement Specialist.
The candidate - under the direction and supervision of the Procurement & Artwork Manager - will ensure the following activities:
• Entering supplier and production orders in the management system
• Order processing, invoicing and management of slippages and related issues
• Monitoring of order deliveries and management of slippages
• Procurement of APIs/components
• Distribution of logistics documentation to CS and batch release documentation to QA
• Creation and maintenance of the bill of materials
• Movement of warehouses in SAP and management of goods transfers (finished product, API and components)



from suppliers
• Checking supplier invoices
• Extracting supplier KPIs from the system and processing them
• Processing of supplier reports
• Archiving and retention of orders and relevant documentation
Requirements:
• Business-level fluency in English
• Preferred background from multinational company, CMOs or complex pharma company
• 5+ years of experience in the role
• Negotiation skills
• SAP knowledge
• Problem-solving and proactivity
Pacchetto retributivo previsto: 45.000 - 50.000 Euro
