Who you areYou are apassionate Senior AI Engineerresponsible for developing web applications using technologies such as Python, Generative AI, and more.
Experience with different LLM providers, prompt engineering, fine-tuning and evaluation metrics is required.
You will be thetechnical point of reference for the AI vertical, which you will help build by sharing knowledge and engaging people in learning and development paths.
Due to this, it is essential to have consistent experience working on one or more projects in the AI field.
You are skilled in Backend programming and software architecture.
You have a comprehensive understanding of Machine Learning, Natural Language Processing and Data Science applied to AI solutions.
You aregreat at working togetherwith a team of designers, software engineers, and project managers to challenge and comprehend product needs from a business perspective.
You arecomfortable engaging with clientsto understand and translate their business needs into product requirements.
You areproactive and autonomousand prefer working without constant supervision.

Do you have full-remote positions?
Not exactly.

Employees are required to be physically present only on specific occasions, such as project days (one day a week dedicated to the main project the person is working on), BJR Technology days (one day a month), and on-site weeks (two weeks a year).
Additionally, we have introduced Remote Months, which allows our employees to work remotely for two months a year.
This initiative allows our team members to spend time with their families or work from other locations across the globe.
Do you provide body rental service to your clients?
We do not provide body rental services to our clients.
