Summary:

Join us as an MRB Technician and take a leading role in the evolution of our Material Review Board processes.

In this position, you will drive the implementation and continuous improvement of the MRB system, working closely with Engineering, Quality, and Manufacturing teams to enhance efficiency, strengthen quality standards, and support operational excellence. This is an exciting opportunity for an analytical and proactive engineer who is passionate about process optimization, problem-solving, and driving meaningful organizational change.

The role reports to the Quality Supervisor and is based in Colico, (Italy).

Roles and Responsibilities:

- Prepare, maintain,



and manage electronic Manufacturing Record Books (MRB), ensuring accuracy, completeness, and compliance with project, regulatory, and customer requirements.
- Coordinate with inspectors during inspection activities, providing all required documentation and technical support.
- Collaborate closely with Quality Control and Testing Departments to collect, validate, and consolidate quality and inspection records.
- Interface with local and remote teams to gather manufacturing, inspection, and testing information required for certification dossiers.
- Review and verify pressure test results, ensuring proper documentation and compliance with applicable standards.
- Confirm that all inspections required by the Quality Control Plan have been completed and properly documented.
- Support the Certification & Final Inspection Supervisor (Quality Team Leader) in quality documentation, certification, and final inspection activities.
- Drive the management, standardization, and continuous improvement of MRB processes, promoting efficiency, consistency, and best practices across projects.
- Identify opportunities to optimize documentation workflows, improve data quality, and streamline certification activities through a continuous improvement approach.
- Contribute to operational excellence by supporting process harmonization, documentation standards, and quality system improvements.
- Ensure compliance with company Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) procedures.





Qualifications & Experience:

- Fluency in Italian and English (written and spoken).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and document management tools, including PDF editing software such as Adobe Acrobat, Foxit, or similar platforms.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with both local and remote teams.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage technical documentation with a high level of accuracy.
- Continuous improvement mindset, with an interest in process standardization, documentation quality, and operational efficiency.
- Soft Skills: communication, time management and problem solving.
- Previous technical experience in a manufacturing environment and/or the energy sector in a quality-related role is considered a plus

Must have Technical Competencies:

- Programming (coding).
- Industrial automation.
- Management of IT systems and network protocols.
- Knowledge of Angular, Microsoft IIS, Microsoft SQL Server, and C# .

What We Offer:

- Employment Type: 12-month fixed-term, full-time contract.
- Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 08:00 AM to 05:00 PM, with flexible working hours.
- Remote working opportunities.
- Collective Bargaining Agreement: CCNL Metalmeccanica Industria.
- Compensation: Gross annual salary (RAL) starting from €30,000.
- Location: Colico (LC), Italy
