As a member of Etifor's executive team, reporting directly to the CEO, the role will work in close partnership with the administration team and managers across the organization to further strengthen financial planning, management reporting and a culture of financial accountability, ensuring that Etifor's environmental and social impact is supported by long-term economic sustainability. /p pThe role is expected to act as a trusted business partner across the organization, helping managers understand the financial implications of their decisions, balancing impact with economic sustainability, and preserving the entrepreneurial and purpose-driven culture that defines Etifor. /p h3Role and responsibilities /h3 h3Strategic Planning and Control /h3 ul liFurther develop Etifor's budgeting and management control framework, including annual and multi-year budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, cost centre reporting, financial KPIs and management dashboards. /li liMonitor the financial performance and profitability of projects and business units, identifying risks and proposing corrective action /li liWork closely with the administration team to design and continuously improve financial processes, ensuring accurate project accounting, proper cost allocation and compliance with statutory accounting principles, particularly for reimbursable grant projects. /li liPrepare monthly and quarterly financial reporting for the Board of Directors and shareholders, working closely with the Administration Team to ensure reliable management accounts and accurate project reporting. /li liSupport strategic decisions through financial analysis and scenario modelling. /li liSupport the drafting and approval process of the financial statements in coordination with the relevant professionals.



/li /ul h3Financial Management and Operational Coordination /h3 ul liPlan the company's liquidity needs by monitoring the cash flows managed by the administrative team. /li liSupport the financial planning of the hiring plan and provide strategic guidance on hiring priorities to ensure sustainability. /li liSupport potential investor relations, due diligence activities, investment evaluations and extraordinary corporate transactions by preparing financial analyses, business cases and supporting documentation. /li liIdentify and evaluate opportunities for financial and tax savings (such as tax incentives, low-interest loans, and other financial opportunities) that can improve the company's financial sustainability and support strategic investments. /li /ul h3Decision Support and Organizational Culture /h3 ul liDevelop financial analyses, KPIs and dashboards to support strategic decision-making across projects, teams and the company. /li liPromote a culture focused on financial accountability, growth, and efficiency, without compromising company's purpose-driven approach. /li liSupport managers in understanding the financial impact of operational decisions, promoting greater ownership of budgets and project profitability. . /li liIntegrate B Corp principles and ESG criteria into financial and management reporting, fostering a culture of financial accountability and long-term sustainability across all teams. /li /ul h3Optional / Strategic Responsibilities /h3 ul liExperience, aptitude or interest in optimizing and digitizing financial processes (e.g. mapping and integrating accounting, payroll, or CRM tools), useful in the context of Etifor's ongoing digital transformation of administrative processes /li liExperience with MA processes or equity transactions (acquisitions, share transfers) is a plus /li /ul h3Education /h3 pDegree in Economics, Finance, Management Engineering, or equivalent. /p h3Experience /h3 pAt least 5 years of experience in Finance Controlling or FPA roles preferably in moderately structured and/or growing environments. /p h3Required skills /h3 ul libBudgeting: /b Ability to set up and monitor the company budget. /li libFinancial Statements: /b Knowledge of the principles governing the preparation of Italian statutory financial statements /li libFinancial Reporting /b: Ability to create clear and timely reports to support Management. /li libCash Flow Management: /b Forecasting, monitoring, and optimizing liquidity. /li libManagement Control:
