Michael Page - Manage and coordinate the monthly closing process, ensuring timely and accurate reporting of financial results, including detailed variance analysis versus Budget, Forecast, and prior-year performance. - Monitor, analyze, and report financial metrics and operational KPIs for the Plant, providing actionable insights to support business performance and continuous improvement initiatives. - Lead and coordinate the preparation of Budget, Forecast, and Business Plan cycles, working closely with operational and functional stakeholders to ensure consistency and reliability of financial assumptions. - Review, validate, and release Standard Costs, managing related inventory and cost revaluations while ensuring alignment with corporate guidelines. - Prepare and continuously improve financial and operational reports tailored to senior management requirements and evolving business needs. - Monitor inventory levels and valuation, ensuring financial accuracy and supporting initiatives aimed at improving inventory efficiency and working capital management. - Partner with plant leadership to identify risks, opportunities,



and corrective actions that support the achievement of financial and operational targets. - Actively participate in the monthly business review process, preparing analyses and presentations and contributing directly to the discussion of monthly results with the CEO and senior leadership team. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. - Ability to translate financial data into meaningful business insights. - Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to interact effectively with senior management. - Proactive mindset and hands-on approach in a dynamic manufacturing environment. - Strong knowledge of cost accounting, budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting processes. - Ability to work cross-functionally and influence decision-making through data-driven recommendations.
