This role is based nearVicenza with flexibility on home base.Our global client offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic, high-tech manufacturing environment.
Responsibilities of the Process Engineer:
Support theindustrialization of new or modified processes ideally experienced with Vacuum processes, collaborating with R&D;, Production, and Quality Control.
Conducttechnical feasibility studiesand manage trials to define standard machine parameters.
Analyze waste and non-conformities, identifying root causes and implementing corrective actions.
Scout fornew technical solutions, supporting the implementation and validation of new equipment.
Collaborate with Safety, Production, QC, and Maintenance teams to improve processes.
Requirements for the Process Engineer:
University degreein a scientific or technical field.
Knowledge ofsafety regulations in manufacturingenvironments.




Understanding ofhigh vacuum technology, metal evaporation, and deposition processes.
Familiarity withmachine automation and lean manufacturing principles.
