This role offers a unique combination of regional ownership and global exposure. Operating in a multinational organization, you will interact with a wide range of internal stakeholders across regions and functions. You will be responsible for deploying sourcing strategies, ensuring supplier competitiveness and will lead multifactor negotiations, capacity, risk mitigation, compliance, sustainability, and long-term partnership value. /p h3Your Mission /h3 h3YOUR OPPORTUNITY /h3 pYour main mission is to manage the global and local sourcing activities for the category Professional Services. /p pYou will be responsible for managing regional sourcing activities with a strong exposure to worldwide with global suppliers for the category Professional Services, ensuring the implementation of the global strategy for the set portfolio, negotiating and implementing the best economical and contractual conditions. /p h3YOUR SCOPE /h3 ul liLead an international and multicultural Strategic Sourcing network for the spend category Professional Services /li liEnsure that strategies are being applied and make sure of the competitiveness of the panel.



/li liAnticipate strategic opportunities and keep relevant stakeholders informed. /li liNegotiate prices and contracts with key suppliers of the set categories and manage execution of contracts to optimize company’s competitive position. /li liEnsure the application of the Long-Term Saving Planning, achieving savings targets for strategic sourcing activities and spend coverage. /li liManage Supplier Relationship within the set portfolio of spend categories. /li liEstablish performance-based contracts and monitor of the KPIs. /li liCommunicate effectively and manage relationships with key stakeholders and relevant internal personnel. /li liPromote sourcing best practices, continuous improvement and supplier performance culture across the organization. /li /ul h3Your Profile /h3 h3Level of education and languages /h3 ul liDegree in Engineering and/or Business/Economics. /li liEnglish is mandatory. /li /ul h3Required Experience And Skills /h3 ul liConfirmed experience in an international manufacturing company. /li liMinimum 5 years in strategic sourcing roles in a competitive market. /li liAccording to the location: French or Italian is a plus. /li liStrong analytical mindset, performance-driven, tracking and supplier performance management. /li liStrong commercial negotiation skills with international companies. /li liHigh ability to communicate with both suppliers and other internal stakeholders. /li liBusiness acumen. /li /ul /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
