Each day, you will assist the organization in achieving the right mix of prevention, continuous improvement, robust root cause analysis, quick response, and sustainable solutions to quality challenges arising throughout the project lifecycle. internal audits and monitoring process adherence to identify risks, non-conformities, and improvement opportunities. /liliAnalyzing quality data and project performance indicators for identifying trends, root causes, and corrective actions. /liliSupporting customer quality reviews, inspections, and qualification activities throughout the project lifecycle. /liliPreparing and delivering quality-related training sessions while promoting a culture of quality, safety, and continuous improvement. /liliDriving preventive and corrective action plans and ensuring effective follow-up within multidisciplinary project teams /li /ulh3Qualifications For The Role /h3ulliYou have a bachelor’s or master’s degree in engineering, preferably in Nuclear Engineering, Automation Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or a related technical field. /liliYou have at least 2 years of experience. /liliYou have knowledge of Quality Management Systems, auditing methodologies, and continuous improvement principles. /liliYou are familiar with working in highly regulated environments, ideally within the nuclear, energy, industrial automation, or process industries. /liliYou are analytical, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a structured manner. /liliYou are at ease communicating in both Italian and English. /liliYou are a proactive team player with strong interpersonal skills and a continuous improvement mindset. /li /ulh3Compensation Package /h3pApplicable CBA: Metalmeccanicobr/Minimum annual salary:
