ph3Job Description /h3 pThe Digital AEM Analyst is responsible for managing, optimizing, and enhancing the Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) platform, including Sites and Digital Asset Management (DAM). This role ensures strong platform performance, effective digital asset governance, and the delivery of exceptional digital experiences. /p h3Job Overview /h3 pWorking cross-functionally with Product Managers, content creators, marketers, developers, UX teams, and other stakeholders, the analyst drives workflow optimization, tool integration, and platform efficiency. The role also supports Product Owners in guiding digital products from ideation through commercialization, advocating for customer needs and contributing to product strategy and roadmap execution. /p pbEnglish proficiency is required for this position, as English will be the primary working and communication language. /b /p h3Key Responsibilities /h3 ul liPartner with Product Managers to define clear, actionable requirements that enable the launch of innovative digital customer solutions. /li liCollaborate with stakeholders to ideate, develop, and deploy digital initiatives aligned with business objectives. /li liLead cross-functional efforts to translate concepts into structured IT requirements aligned with product roadmaps. /li liConvert customer insights and market intelligence into detailed technical specifications and user stories. /li liConfigure and manage AEM functionalities, including workflows, metadata schemas, templates, components, and asset migration strategies. /li liMaintain and optimize AEM Sites and DAM, ensuring adherence to metadata standards, taxonomy, and governance best practices. /li liCollaborate with content, development, and UX teams to streamline publishing workflows and enhance user experience. /li liSupport integrations with Adobe tools such as Analytics, Target, and Workfront. /li liDefine KPIs, oversee testing activities, develop UAT scenarios, and recommend continuous improvements to enhance usability and customer satisfaction. /li liTroubleshoot platform issues and partner with technical teams to minimize disruptions across AEM Sites and DAM. /li liManage and prioritize backlog items in coordination with IT teams, aligning with release schedules and team capacity.



/li liSupport AEM service pack upgrades and ongoing platform maintenance in collaboration with IT support teams. /li liProvide training, documentation, and ongoing support to business users to encourage platform adoption and best practices. /li liFacilitate communication between business stakeholders, developers, and platform owners throughout the release lifecycle. /li liDocument business and functional requirements through user stories, use cases, and clearly defined acceptance criteria. /li /ul h3Qualifications /h3 ul liBachelor’s or master’s degree, 10+ years of experience in Business Analysis, Digital Product Management, including project/program management. /li liStrong expertise in Adobe Experience Manager (Sites /DA, DAM), including workflows, metadata standards, and taxonomy governance. /li liExperience with AEM customization end-to-end (templates, components, workflows) and familiarity with front-end/back-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Java preferred). /li liExperience with workflows, metadata, and integrations and how they work in practice. /li liUnderstanding of DevOps practices and release management processes. /li liComfortable working with global business and product teams /li liExperience in translating business needs into clear requirements, user stories, test cases and helping drive testing and delivery. /li liProven ability to troubleshoot platform issues and drive resolution across technical teams. /li liStrong analytical, problem-solving, project management, and communication skills. /li liExperience supporting training and change management initiatives. /li liFluency in English (written and spoken) is required. /li liAbility to travel up to 10%. /li liGood collaboration skills to be able to collaborate across teams and help connect all the dots. /li liExperience with content management and improving digital experiences is key.

H011 , which defines minimum salary levels, pay progression, and working conditions. /p h3Additional Details /h3 pThis job has a full time weekly schedule. It includes the option to work remotely. /p pOur pay ranges are determined by role, level, and location.
