SOC brings together all operational activities in Italy related to fabrication, technical services, maintenance, and logistics, providing essential support for the execution of offshore construction and offshore wind projects. /p pPurpose of the position: As Welding Engineer, you will respond to the Offshore Pipeline Welding Management and be part of the Asset Based Services Business Line. /p h3How can you support us? /h3 pHere below your responsibilities: /p ul liProvide Welding support to all engineering disciplines to comply with contractual requirements and with the updated technological criteria; /li liEvaluate Client/End User tender documents and requirements relevant to metallic materials and associated fabrication process; /li liPrepare and issue preliminary Welding Documents for assigned project or bids; /li liParticipate to Welding Procedure Qualifications in our Pipeline Technologies Center Located in Ploiesti – Romania – Several missions per year . /li liEnsure the readiness of the welding equipment on vessels/yards prior the start of the installation/production /li liParticipate to the welder qualifications onboard vessels or on site – offshore missions. /li liFollow up of the KPIs (Key Performance Indicator), analyze and explain any deviation. /li liReview welding documents (WPS/PQR), welding repair and heat treatment procedures issued by Manufacturer/Vendor and prepare welding qualification matrix and pWPS for piping/pipeline direct hiring construction welds; /li liDefine and witness welding trial test for special materials; /li /ul h3What are we looking for? /h3 pbEducation: /b Master's Degree in Mechanical, Chimical, Materials Engineering /p pbExperience: /b 3-5 years’ experience as a Welding Engineer in the OilGas industry /p pbLanguages: /b English minimum B1 /p pbTechnical Skills: /b it is appreciated the International Welding Engineer (IWE) Certificate /p pbIT Skills: /b good skills in using the main computer software programs /p h3What else should you know? /h3 pYou will have the opportunity to travel abroad based on the projects you will work for and within the project assigned /p h3What Can We Offer To You /h3 ul liPermanent Contract - CCNL Energia e Petrolio /li liFor home office contract: Pay not lower than 43.000 € /li liCorporate Benefits: We offer a comprehensive benefits package,
