The role works cross-functionally to embed a culture of compliance, excellence, and continuous improvement across the organization. /ph3The Work Model For The Role Is /h3pIn this role, you’ll help run what runs the world by taking on meaningful work that drives real impact, as you will be accountable for: /pulliCoordinate with RD, Engineering, and Supply Chain to integrate compliance requirements into product development and procurement processes. /liliMaintain up-to-date product compliance documentation, including declarations of conformity and technical files and act as entry point for customer’s requests related to product’s performance and compliance. /liliEnsure compliance with applicable environmental directives and regulations, including WEEE, RoHS, REACH, and Conflict Minerals. /li /ulpMonitor evolving environmental legislation and proactively identify compliance gaps and corrective actions.



/pulliSupport the implementation and maintenance of the IMS framework (Quality, Environmental, and Safety) in accordance with ISO 9001, ISO 1401, ISO 4501, ISO 5001 and IRIS, MID. /liliEnsure that IMS policies, processes, and procedures are effectively documented, communicated, and followed across functions and drive corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) arising from audits, non-conformities, and customer feedback. /li /ulh3Qualifications For The Role /h3ulliStrong analytical and problem-solving skills with a result-oriented mindset. /liliDegree in Engineering, Science, or a related field with a focus on Quality, Environmental Science, or Sustainability. /liliAbility to work cross-functionally and collaborate effectively in international teams.
