Main Responsibilities
Expense Management:Review and process employee travel expenses, ensuring full compliance with both internal company policies and Italian tax regulations.
ERP Support & Migration:Assist in theSAP implementationphase, performing data validation, cleansing, and system testing.
Reconciliations:Perform periodic bank and account reconciliations to ensure data integrity and accuracy.
General Ledger Support:Support the team in daily accounting activities and month-end closing procedures.
Cross-functional Collaboration:Act as an internal administrative point of contact for other departments, facilitating smooth communication and information flow.
Professional Experience and Skills
Experience:1-2 years of experience in accounting or administration.
Education:Degree in Economics, Finance, or a Diploma in Accounting.
Technical Skills:Proficiency in MS Excel.
Knowledge ofSAPis preferred.
Languages:Fluency inItalian and English(both written and spoken) is mandatory.
