The Planning Specialist acts as a key operational bridge between central planning inputs and manufacturing execution.Job ResponsabilitiesAREAS OF RESPONSIBILITIES AND RELATED ACTIVITIESConsolidate collection and permanent product plans into a single, integrated production demand for the production polesDevelop and maintain short-, mid-, and long-term production schedules aligned with available capacityPrioritize production sequencing to ensure optimal manpower saturation and line efficiencyContinuously update schedules in response to demand changes, capacity variations, or operational constraintsAct as the primary planning counterpart for the assigned production poleWork closely with pole production planners to validate feasibility, sequencing, and workload distributionSupport the production poles in managing capacity constraints, workload peaks,
and production bottlenecksEnsure clear and timely communication between planning and manufacturing teams.Monitor production progress versus plan and identify deviations or risksPropose and coordinate re-planning actions to secure production continuity and delivery targetsTrack key planning and execution KPIs such as schedule adherence and capacity utilizationContribute to the improvement of planning and scheduling processes, with a focus on production pole-level executionSupport the development of standard planning rules and best practices for capacity-driven schedulingProfileTECHNICAL SKILLS – PORTRAIT OF A PERFECT CANDIDATEBachelor’s degree in supply chain management, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.3–5 years of experience in production planning or scheduling, preferably in the fashion, apparel, or luxury industryStrong expertise in production planning, scheduling, and capacity management within manufacturing environmentsSolid understanding of industrial processes, workforce planning, and operational constraintsAdvanced proficiency in ERP systems and planning tools; strong Excel skills requiredAbility to translate complex planning inputs into clear and executable schedulesStrong coordination and stakeholder management capabilitiesClear, structured, and pragmatic communication styleProblem-solving and execution-oriented mindsetAbility to operate effectively in fast-paced, change-driven environmentsDegree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Operations Management, or equivalentProven experience interfacing with manufacturing sites or production hubsEnglish knowledge (mandatory): B2 or moreFrench knowledge is a plusGross annual salary of at least 35,000Additional InformationContractImpiego a tempo indeterminatoExperienceAlmeno 5 anniTypeFull timeFunctionSupply Chain & Logistica
