and coordinate with the bGroup DPO /b and compliance functions to ensure the integrated management of obligations across bprivacy, security, and AI governance /b; /li liSupport the handling of bpersonal data breaches /b, bdata subject requests /b, and relations with the bData Protection Authority /b. /li /ul h3What skills are we looking for? /h3 ullibAt least 3 years of experience /b managing data protection matters at structured ICT/software companies or leading legal/privacy consulting firms, with proven experience in brecords of processing activities /b, bDPIAs /b, privacy by design documentation (also using bGRC tools /b), reviewing/negotiating bDPAs and SCCs /b, and managing contractual matters related to bNIS2 /b and the bAI Act /b /li libIn-depth knowledge of GDPR /b, national/EU regulations, bGarante /b/bEDPB /b guidelines, and the ability to research privacy regulations outside the EU in support of international projects /li liExcellent banalytical /b, bquantitative /b, and bproblem-solving /b skills /li liProfessional working proficiency in bEnglish (B2/C1) /b /li libDegree in Law, Economics /b, or related fields; bIAPP certifications (CIPP/E, CIPM) /b a plus /li liStrong motivation, drive for binnovation /b and bcontinuous learning /b /li liExcellent brelational and communication skills /b with stakeholders at all levels (business, IT, legal, suppliers), bstress management /b,
