/liliFleet Management Health Safety: Oversee Italian Health Safety compliance (D.Lgs. 81/08), systematically tracking mandatory medical checks and safety training, while managing corporate fleet administration (leases, traffic fines, fuel cards) /li /ulh3What you’ll need /h3ulli5–8 years of progressive experience in People/HR Operations, ideally within fast-paced tech, SaaS, or international environments. /liliSolid foundational grounding in Italian labor law (CCNL), Italian Health Safety administrative tracking (D.Lgs 81/08), and payroll inputs/mechanics. /liliHands‑on experience with modern HRIS platforms (HiBob preferred) and daily comfort using Generative AI tools for workflow automation and documentation. /liliFull professional fluency in both Italian and English with clear, structured communication skills for handling complex operational and employee queries. /liliProcess-driven and detail-oriented with high operational discipline; empathetic approach to employee experience; excited to take full ownership of the operational baseline as we scale.
