Position Develop testing activities for electric machines and electrified powertrains on test benches, ensuring quality, robustness, reliability, and compliance with applicable standards and product development targets.
The role supports the development of systems for the Automotive, Defense, Motorsport, and other industrial sectors.
Key Responsibilities Plan testing activities for components and systems in collaboration with customers and Team Leader, ensuring compliance with technical and quality standards, as well as the effective investigation of phenomena under experimental evaluation.
Contribute to the development of testing equipment through technical and commercial assessments, proposals,



and investigations.
Monitor testing activities and prepare, or supervise the preparation of, detailed technical reports for management and customers.
Collaborate with electrified systems design and development teams to define testing protocols, resolve technical issues related to products and processes, and periodically review testing procedures from a continuous improvement perspective.
Identify opportunities to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of testing processes.
Implement solutions aimed at increasing operational efficiency and testing performance.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company procedures throughout all testing activities.
Interface directly with end customers, when required, ensuring maximum customer satisfaction and fostering positive technical and commercial relationships.
