ABOUT THE ROLE
We are seeking a strategic, commercially driven Lead Product Manager to help shape Tide's Wealth Services. In this role, you will own the evolution and scaling of our savings and investment proposition for SMEs and sole traders, with pensions/SIPPs as an initial focus area. You aren't just building a 'feature'—you are helping to build a financial ecosystem that enables members to put surplus cash to work, grow long-term wealth, and manage their money with confidence
As a Lead PM, you will be the bridge between high-level strategy and technical execution. You will set the roadmap for the Wealth pillar, balancing short-term commercial growth with long-term technical scalability and regulatory excellence.
