ResponsibilitiesHandle daily warranty/claims.
Participate in the formulation of warranty/claim standards.
Responsible for input of warranty system requirements and ensure that the warranty system is online.
Responsible for service station warranty audit.
Fill in monthly warranty analysis report.
Follow up the refund of claims.
QualificationsFluent English and Italian.
