All to leave your mark for more sustainable growth.What youll doAs a Senior Project Engineer, you will play a key role in developing and executing strategic investment projects across the European region - mainly in Casarile - Italy, ensuring technical excellence, safety, and sustainability in every phase. You will be responsible for the technical and engineering aspects of assigned projects and act as a key contributor to execute in time and budget.Lead and execute investment projects safely, on time, on budget, and in line with Henkel's Project Management FrameworkManage all technical and engineering aspects of assigned projects in the European region, mainly in Casarile - ItalyDrive all project phases — from feasibility and concept development to execution, commissioning, start-up, hand-over and project closure, including lessons learnedIdentify, assess, and mitigate potential project risks, resolving and escalating issues as appropriateCoordinate and communicate effectively with project stakeholders and cross-functional teams,
