You will work closely with cross-functional teams to design, implement, and improve manufacturing systems and processes. /p h3Key Responsibilities: /h3 ul liDesign, develop, and optimize manufacturing processes to improve efficiency and reduce costs. /li liCollaborate with product design and development teams to ensure manufacturability of new products. /li liConduct time studies and workflow analysis to identify areas for improvement. /li liImplement lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement initiatives. /li liDevelop and maintain process documentation, including work instructions and standard operating procedures. /li liTroubleshoot and resolve manufacturing issues to minimize downtime and ensure product quality. /li liEvaluate and recommend new equipment, technologies, and methods to enhance manufacturing capabilities. /li liTrain and support production staff in the implementation of new processes and technologies. /li liEnsure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
