We are globally recognized for our dedication to quality, innovation, and sustainability. /p pFor our Headquarters, we are currently seeking a Sr Tax Specialist to join our Shared Service Center, a dynamic and fast-paced international environment supporting multiple countries. /p pThis role is ideal for a detail-oriented and proactive professional, supporting the domestic and international tax matters of the Group's companies and contributing to tax compliance, advisory activities and international tax projects within a structured shared service model. /p h3Key Responsibilities /h3 ul liPrepare and update transfer pricing documentation for Group entities. /li liSupport the implementation of intercompany policies across the Group and liaise with external advisors. /li liManage international tax matters, including double tax treaties, foreign tax credits and cross-border transactions. /li liHandle ordinary tax compliance activities, including tax returns (IRES, IRAP, VAT, WHT and periodic filings). /li liSupport tax accounting activities and the preparation of tax budgets and forecasts. /li liProvide day-to-day tax advisory support to internal stakeholders, including Finance, Legal, Controlling and foreign entities. /li liMonitor developments in domestic and international tax regulations. /li /ul h3Requirements /h3 ul liDegree in Economics, Accounting, Finance or related fields. Qualification as Dottore Commercialista is a plus.



/li li3-5 years of experience gained in a tax consulting firm (Big Four or structured professional firms) or within the tax function of an international company. /li liGood level of English. /li liKnowledge of international taxation and transfer pricing. /li liAdvanced Excel skills; experience with ERP systems and tax compliance software is considered a plus. /li liAnalytical mindset, attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills. /li liAbility to work independently, combined with a collaborative approach and strong stakeholder management skills. /li /ul pThe company applies the National Collective Labor Agreement for the Food Industry (CCNL Alimentare Industria).
