APAC Region (international mobility required)We are looking for an experienced Construction Manager to join our international team and support the delivery of complex infrastructure projects across the APAC region.This role requires a strong background in special foundations, with hands-on experience in:Diaphragm walls (Hydromill)Bored pilesCFA piles (Continuous Flight Auger)Your RoleAs a Construction Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing site operations, coordinating Site Managers, and ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and in line with quality and HSE standards.You will also play a key role in managing technical challenges on site and supporting execution strategies.Key ResponsibilitiesLead and coordinate Site Managers across multiple projectsEnsure construction activities are aligned with schedule, budget, and quality targetsMonitor progress (progress tracking & reporting) and address delays or critical issuesValidate execution methodologies (Method Statements)Oversee special foundation works, including:
Diaphragm walls with HydromillBored pilesCFA pilesTroubleshoot complex geotechnical and operational challengesContribute to cost control and procurement strategiesEnsure compliance with HSE standards and promote a strong safety cultureManage relationships with clients, contractors,
