ppWithin the Investment Planning and Performance Monitoring team, we are looking for a bInvestment Planning and Performance /b bmonitoring specialist /b who will play a key role in steering investment planning processes across the Group, enhancing performance monitoring capabilities and supporting strategic decision-making through insightful analysis of investment and IFRS results. /p pKey responsibilities of the role will include: /p ul liCoordinate annual and multi-year investment planning processes across Group insurance entities /li liLiaise with Group Finance and local Investment and Finance departments to ensure alignment of planning assumptions and targets /li liMonitor investment performance vs official benchmark assessing their contribution to IFRS investment results /li liMonitor investment performance and Asset-Liability dynamics, assessing their contribution to IFRS investment results /li liAnalyze key business and financial drivers and identify performance trends and deviations /li liMonitor investment KPIs /li liPrepare regular management reporting on investment performance /li liDeliver meaningful business insights and recommendations to senior stakeholders /li liDevelop and enhance planning and performance monitoring tools /li liDrive process optimization initiatives and improve data quality and efficiency /li liEnsure alignment with Group Finance and support governance processes /li liCoordinate investment deep-dive reviews with local entities /li liCoordinate annual and multi-year investment planning processes across Group insurance entities /li liMonitor performance of investments and evaluate their contribution to IFRS investment result /li liEnsure alignment with Group Finance and support governance processes /li /ul h3Requirements /h3 ul liMaster's degree in Finance, Economics or quantitative discipline /li liAt least 5 years of working experience in asset owners (insurance is a plus), asset managers or investment advisors with relevant experience in performance management, investment planning and reporting activities /li liStrong knowledge of IFRS accounting principles with particular focus on investment income and financial instruments.



Good understanding of capital markets and financial instruments /li liStrong analytical abilities and reporting skills, attention to detail. Experience with data visualization /li liStrong presentation skills (PowerPoint) are a prerequisite /li liProven ability to communicate complex financial concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders /li liAdvanced use of Excel /li liPower BI, Tableau or similar visualization tools /li liSQL for data extraction and manipulation /li liBloomberg, FactSet or similar market data platforms /li liKnowledge of Python or other analytical programming languages is considered a plus /li liFluency in English is a requisite. Knowledge of other languages is a plus /li liBeing CFA and/or CAIA Charterholder and Insurance sector experience will be nice to have /li /ul h3Soft Skills /h3 ul liStrong analytical and problem-solving mindset /li liAbility to synthesize complex information into actionable insights /li liExcellent stakeholder management and communication skills /li liAbility to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment /li liCollaborative and team-oriented attitude /li liHigh attention to detail and commitment to quality /li /ul h3What we offer /h3 pWe offer employment at the 6° level with the relevant salary, in accordance with the CCNL ANIA for non-executive employees and the Generali Group Company Agreement. /p pGross annual salary ranging between 48.000 € and 55.000 €.
