/p h3What You’ll Do /h3 ul liDefine and execute the product roadmap for Topcon's Excavation product portfolio. /li liWork closely with customers, dealers, and industry partners to understand market needs and identify new opportunities. /li liAct as the key interface between Engineering, Product Development, Sales, Marketing, and Operations. /li liTranslate customer insights into product requirements and development priorities. /li liLead new product introductions and support products throughout their lifecycle. /li liMonitor market trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies. /li liAnalyze product performance, profitability, and business opportunities. /li liSupport pricing strategies and portfolio optimization. /li liDrive cross-functional collaboration to ensure successful product delivery worldwide. /li /ul h3What You’ll Bring /h3 pWe're looking for someone who combines technical expertise with commercial vision. /p h3Ideally, You’ll Have /h3 ul liExperience in Product Management or a similar strategic role. /li liBackground in construction technology, machine control, excavation, surveying, heavy equipment, or civil engineering. /li liExperience working with customers and distribution networks. /li liStrong analytical and business planning skills.
