and automate logistics and customs processes /li liShare best practices and foster synergies across the organization and industry /li liSupport communication efforts on market trends and global challenges to help mitigate risks proactively /li liEnsure adherence to HSEQ and compliance standards in line with company policies /li liFoster teamwork and a culture of inclusion, learning, and growth /li /ul h3Fuel your passion /h3 pTo be successful in this role, you will: /p ul liHave a Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, Logistics, Engineering, or related field /li liHave 5+ years of experience in global logistics, transportation, customs compliance, and warehousing /li liHave experience in policy governance, process design, and CoE /li liHave good knowledge of AI concepts and Power BI for analytics /li liBe able to lead change and influence without authority /li liHave good knowledge of logistics and customs processes and regulations /li /ul h3Qualifications Skills /h3 ul liAnalytical mindset with experience in data-driven decision-making.
