Offerta In this role, the candidate will support and guide the business unit by analyzing key performance drivers, identifying emerging trends, driving financial performance and helping shape actionable strategies to drive business impact.Activities & ResponsibilitiesThe candidate will be in charge of:Acting as the primary business partner for the Head of Finance, influencing strategic decisions and driving business performance through robust financial analysisLeading the Annual Plan and forecasting processes, ensuring timely and accurate reportingIdentifying opportunities for operational efficiencies, building business cases, and supporting teams in implementing cost‑saving measures and performance KPIsPartnering with the New Product Development (NPD)team to assess financial viability and ensure alignment with NPD strategiesProviding insights into site performance and supporting decision‑making through strong business acumen and stakeholder managementTranslating strategic goals into actionable short and long‑term operational plansConducting data analysis to support business performance and presenting findings clearly to key stakeholdersEvaluating past investment projects,



comparing actuals vs. business case, and recommending corrective actionsInfluencing senior stakeholders across functions, fostering a culture of accountability, performance management, and continuous improvementContributing to the evolution of Finance processes, tools, and reporting capabilities to enhance business partnering effectiveness.Competenze ed esperienzaQualificationsThe candidate should be analytical, proactive, and business‑oriented, with strong communication skills and the ability to build relationships across functions.What the candidate will need:Master's degree in Economicsor Management Engineering6-7 years of experience in Commercial Finance, FP&A; or Finance Business Partnering roles within complex multinational or FMCG organizationsStrong strategic thinking and business understanding, combined with excellent analytical capabilities, which implies strong understanding of P&L; management, profitability analysis and business case developmentHigh attention to detail and excellent organizational skillsEffective interpersonal skills and team collaboration mindset, with the ability to influence decision-making at senior leadership level and a proven experience partnering with senior commercial and marketing stakeholdersCreative, curious, and innovative approach to problem‑solvingFluent in Italian and English(written and spoken)Completa l'offerta Si offre tempo indeterminato e RAL ricompresa all'interno di range 55.000-65.000 + bonus annuale.
