monitor technology trends and competitive landscape to sustain competitive advantage and identify new opportunitiesWhat You Need to Be SuccessfulEducation & ExperienceDegree in Engineering, Business/Economics, or a related field5+ years of experience in product management, digital transformation, or customer service within a B2B environmentExperience in cross-functional leadership; background in manufacturing/packaging industries is a plusCore CompetenciesCustomer-Centric Approach:Strong customer interaction skills, with the ability to translate business needs into clear development specificationsTechnical & Digital Knowledge:Familiarity with IoT-based digital services, IT fundamentals, and design/visual tools (e.g., Figma)Cross-Functional Collaboration:Ability to ensure effective communication and alignment among business stakeholders and ICT teams throughout the product lifecycleData-Driven Decision Making:Capability to leverage insights, analytics, and KPIs to monitor performance and drive product improvementsProject Management Skills:Familiarity with Agile and Scrum methodologies to manage iterative development cycles and deliver high-quality solutionsLanguages:Professional proficiency in EnglishOur OfferCompensation for this role includes a base salary starting from EUR 53.600, in line with experience. The actual offer may exceed this minimum based on the candidate's qualifications and fit for the role.The compensation package also includes a variable component in the form of an annual premio, which can reach 12% of base salary at target.A range of additional benefits (e.g., insurances, etc.) is also available in accordance with Company policy.The applicable collective agreement is the CCNL Metalmeccanico.
