/ppThe ideal candidate is a sales professional with experience in sales, preferably within rental companies, with a strong understanding of the manufacturing industry and B2B environments, as well as proven experience in selling services.
This position will report directly to the Business Line Manager.
/ph3Key Responsibilities /h3ulliAchieve service revenue targets in Italy and increase the penetration of service products.
/liliMaintain proactive communication with customers to identify after-sales service needs.
/liliPropose appropriate service solutions, both from a technical and commercial perspective.
/liliCollaborate closely with the technical support team to deliver a committed, efficient, and high-quality service.
/liliWork jointly with the capital equipment sales team to drive proactive service business and improve customer satisfaction.




/liliManage customer incidents and coordinate with operations and technical teams to ensure agile and effective solutions.
/liliConsistently record all commercial activities in the CRM, ensuring accurate market information and an up-to-date database.
/liliMeet sales objectives by developing action plans to identify prospects, targets, and new markets.
/liliFollow up on leads generated through different channels.
/liliAvailability to travel more than 50% of the time.
/li /ulh3Candidate Profile /h3ulliDegree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
/liliMore than 2 years of sales experience within a high-level industrial company (experience in rental companies will be a plus).
/liliStrong technical knowledge.
/liliExperience in sales management and territory management.
/liliExcellent planning, reporting, and organizational skills.
/liliGood level of English.
/liliStrong command of digital tools.
